Shipping & Delivery
Every order is carefully packed to protect your handcrafted wooden item during transit.
Processing Time
Because our products are handcrafted and individually inspected before shipping, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. Custom or personalized items may require 5–10 business days for production before shipment.
🪵 Handcrafted items take time. We never rush our artisans — quality takes priority over speed. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Wooden items are shipped with protective packaging — please do not discard packaging before inspecting your item.
Packaging & Fragile Items
All wooden sculptures, chess sets, and decorative items are packaged with:
- Bubble wrap or foam padding around each piece
- Sturdy outer box with “Fragile” labeling
- Gift-ready presentation box for select items
📦 Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the outer box shows signs of damage, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected].
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 US states. We currently do not offer international shipping. For special shipping requests, contact us at [email protected].
Order Tracking
Order Confirmed — Confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
Artisan Inspection — Your item is inspected and carefully packed by our team (2–5 business days).
Shipped & Tracked — You receive a tracking email with a live tracking link.
Delivered — Your handcrafted piece arrives safely at your door.
Shipping Issues
Damaged in Transit
If your wooden item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact the carrier and check with neighbors. If unresolved within 3 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Wrong Address
Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you notice an address error. We can correct it before shipment.
