2. Products & Handcrafted Nature
All products sold on beautyheadz.com are handcrafted wooden goods including chess sets, sculptures, figurines, music decor, kitchen tools, and personalized gifts. Because items are hand-carved from natural wood, each piece is unique. Minor variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent to the medium and are not considered defects.
Product images are representative. Your item may differ slightly due to natural wood variation and the handcrafted process.
3. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized orders (engraved names, dates, custom text) are made-to-order and may require 5–10 additional business days for production. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are non-refundable unless defective.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. Payment is processed at time of order. All transactions are encrypted via SSL.
🔒 We do not store your payment card details. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.
5. Order Cancellations
Standard (non-custom) orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at [email protected] for cancellation requests.
6. Shipping
Processing time is 2–5 business days for standard items; 5–10 business days for custom orders. We ship within the US only. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days for unused items in original condition. Custom engraved items are non-refundable unless defective. See our Returns Policy for full details.
8. Care & Maintenance
Wooden products should be kept away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Do not submerge in water. Wipe clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper care or use.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on beautyheadz.com — text, images, logos, product designs — is the property of KOALA TEXTILES, LLC and protected by US copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
